The base of the toes is not covered
The heel is not covered by the bandage
The foot is not at a 90° angle
The bandage stops halfway up the calf.
The pressure indicator are not stretched to a circular shape (oval = undercompressing, beach ball = overcompressing).
Wounds under UrgoK2 are not addressed with a primary dressing as clinically necessary.
The UrgoK2 beige layer surpasses the white layer (at toes & knee level)
Application Don #8217;ts
Covering the basis of the toes will prevent foot edema, wet toes and maceration. The bandage should cover the basis of the toes, as in the following picture:
